London Tribunals - December 2020

Clones

Another quiet month for Barnet PCNs at the tribunal with 63 cases being decided of which the motorist won 34 which is 54% a slightly better than average result but that is normal for December as PCNs get abandoned in order for the council to have a clear desk.

Cases of interest included these:

3 point turn on a school keep clear marking after a funeral (2200471201)

Take your heart out before going to work in a council office dealing with PCNs

Cloned - not been to London for a decade (2200469491)

Barnet Council are habitually reluctant to accept cloning occurred but given the distance there is obvious logic and the police visit renders the question almost beyond doubt.

Suspended bay not clear (2200492063)

If the sign can't be seen the traffic warden knows this when he/she stands next to the car to issue a PCN. Completely unfair behaviour.

Council shift their position unfairly (2200494626)

Barnet Council are as slippery as sin in this case but justice prevails.
