Four subjects of note in this week, all of which led to cancelled PCN:

- The council still can't seem to prove the Event Day

- People collecting bulky or heavy goods are allowed to get near to their destination and park on yellow lines (mind the no loading times though)

- Vehicles on hire really shouldn't reach PATAS and be the subject of last minute withdrawal by Barnet Council

- A catalogue of council errors
