A busy month with 289 decisions on Barnet's PCNs and the worst outcome for motorists that I have seen (possibly) with only 101 PCNs cancelled, a parlous 35% - most of the losses being the time limited no left and no right turns into Pattison Road and Briardale Gardens which was only enforced from May 18 and the public hadn't yet got used to the change.
