May 2020 was a quiet month as most parking staff had been furloughed and so they just let all tribunal Appeals be won by default. There were only 53 of them. One witness statement case was won because the motorist didn't send in the documents which had been rejected.
Lucky timing for every motorist who put their appeal in at this difficult time.
